When will testing start?
Check the next available start beside pricing. After payment, we confirm your exact start time within two working hours.
What do you need from me?
Send a working URL or app build, test access, and your priorities. A dedicated test account is best.
Which devices and environments can you test?
A standard order covers available desktop and mobile browsers or one available iOS or Android device. Contact us for wider device and OS coverage.
Can I split my testing hours?
Yes. Use your purchased hours across separate testing sessions and set a new priority for each session.
What happens if access is blocked?
Testing time starts only when the environment is usable. If access fails, we pause and ask for what is needed before continuing.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel before testing starts for a full refund. Once testing starts, business orders are not refundable for a change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
What will I receive?
A shareable Google Sheet with prioritized findings, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, evidence, and tested coverage.
How should I share sensitive access?
After payment, invite our tester from your product. For a temporary login, create a one-time Password Pusher link and paste it into the access form. We forward the link by email and do not store it in the order database.
